:: March 27, 2009 Estate Sale Quilt Top
A quilt top I got at an estate sale a while back. It is all hand-stitched, and amazingly square and flat (though I'm worried about the quality of some of the fabrics -- I'll just have to wash carefully). I'm thinking about how to quilt it. Straight lines in a plaid pattern, maybe? posted by in Quilting

Posted by lori on March 27, 2009 8:26 PM I think I would quilt it before washing it unless there are some major stains (then I might spot wash) as the quilting will help it hold up to the washing as well as the backing will help it hold up too.
