:: January 17, 2004 Rain Barrels
It's been raining hard the last few days. This causes a number of small lakes to form around the perimeter of our house, which just can't be good. It occured to us that we should get rain barrels, but we discovered the City of Austin discount rain barrel sale two hours too late today. (It's a three-hour-long sale, for which applying in advance is suggested, and they only have three dates listed for this year, the next being in March.)
